Me Maxime Filion

A native of Aylmer, Mr. Filion completed his studies at the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Civil Law in 2020 and went on to undertake the Quebec Bar in 2021, before reorienting himself towards the notarial profession. He has been a member of the Chambre des Notaires du Québec since 2024.

His career is marked by a diversity of interests, but he works mainly in personal law, drafting wills and protective mandates, and in family law, drafting common-law partner agreements and marriage planification.

Me Filion is fluently bilingual. He is known for his easy smile and good humour. He combines sensitivity and expertise to offer sound legal advice, while demonstrating great listening skills. He values human contact and empathy in all his interactions, distinguishing him as a dedicated legal advisor, far more than a mere legal professional.
